Well I have been thinking about this lately and some of my knew friends who live throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico have no idea who I am and where I live ,soooo I’m going to talk about me. I was born in Windsor, Ontario at Hotel Dieu dated October 1st, 1949. Why is this so important? Well because, I was born and that’s why I’m here talking about me. This photo of my home it’s my second home. After 18 years my wife said to me that she wanted to move and because my wife said that she wanted to move, my moved. I listen to my wife because she is a brilliant woman and that I wanted to move also. You can LOL now. That red car in the front is my pride and joy, my Monte Carlo.

  When we were building this home there was a large electical box in front and I wanted to somehow hide it. Well after all these years, it hasn’t been hidden. Now I’ll move into my backyard.

As you enter my back yard you will notice that I have a very large deck. It has an upper and lower area. The upper area is where I have my barbeques with my friends and the lower area for the grandchildren. Also you will notice that my wife and I really enjoy many colourful flowers on the decks and throughout the back yard. My wife really enjoys roses and we have tried to put many different types in the area. Some have died and we continue to put other types of roses. When we developed the back yard my dad was able to get many large bolders to to place the upper section. Now that the years have progressed on some of the bolders are breaking apart but oh well, that’s life. Now my friends we will move into my home where I rest and enjoy.

When we in my first home we didn’t have much of a foyer at all and I promised myself if I ever build another home it would have to have a much larger foyer will circular staircase and that was exactly what I did. We have a nook where we eat are meals and you can’t see it but when we look out it is over the deck to the backyard. The next room is my favourite room. It’s where fireplace is located and you can’t see it in this photo but my 56 inch screen TV is located here. The last photo is our dining room where special dinners like Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving and so on are. I didn’t show you the upstairs because it’s just where the bedrooms and washrooms are at. I made sure to give my wife an walk - in dressing room giving her a chance to be herself. It’s ok, some of it is has my clothing. I think I have a pair of shoes in there. Well it’s a beautiful home and I think both my wife and I have worked hard for it. But you know, all this space just means that you have much more cleaning to do, pruning and grass cutting. But we do it and enjoy it, most of the time. Later I will tell you about my town Amherstburg, its history and does have history. See you soon.
