Retirementman’s Ideas

I’m a retired teacher who taught 31 years, married for 35 years so far, having three children and four grandchildren and one on the way. I got into weblog because of my enthusiasm for cruising. This weblog will have many different thoughts presented but at times it will pertain to cruising especially after my cruises. It all came about after I started to read John Heald’s Blog during which he would discuss about his cruises, his wife Heidi and also the great experiences of him being senior cruise director for Carnival Cruise Lines of which I thoroughly enjoy. I’ve enjoyed the many different people that have come upon my life as a cruiser and the most important ones are Bee, The Empress of the Sea her husband Sarge, Nanni from Puerto Rico a beautiful woman who is also a teacher, Linda and her husband Mike  from Florida who has grandchildren like me and Big Ed from Michigan who helped me a great deal with my blog. I’ve met John Heald, Bee, Sarge, Linda, and Mike on the Carnival Valor and they are wonderful people. I hope that if you read my blog, you will enjoy the many facets of it.
